Tickets

Q: How can I access my tickets on the Admirals app?
Accessing your tickets on your mobile device is simple! Just download the Admirals app, create a login, and you’ll find your tickets there. Watch this tutorial for help.

Q: My children are 2 and 1 year old. Do they need a ticket?
No, children two and under are free as it’s assumed they will sit on your lap. If you want them to have their own seat, then a ticket is required.

Game Day Information

Q: What time do the doors open on game day?
The doors generally open one hour prior to game time.

Q: Is there a private location for nursing mothers?
Yes, there is a private location near the Raising Cane’s Interactive Zone. Please ask a member of our guest services team for instructions if you’re in need of this space.

Q: Can the Admirals accommodate a guest that needs a quiet/sensory room?
The Admirals have partnered with All My Friends to provide sensory bags to fans in need. These bags are available at the Admirals Fan Services area outside of section 230. A quiet space can be arranged if necessary. Please contact a member of guest services.

Q: Who can I contact if I have issues at the arena during the game?
If you have a problem on game night, please text 414-322-4195 with a description of your issue and your location. Someone from Guest Services will assist you promptly.

Q: How long does a game last?
A typical Admirals home game lasts about 2½ hours, though games can range from 2 to 3 hours.

Q: Where is the Will Call Window?
Will Call is located on the west side of the Kilbourn lobby (your left when you enter through the main doors) of the UWM-Panther Arena.

Arena Policies

Q: What is your bag policy?
Clear bags under 12″x6″x12″ are allowed. Medical bags, diaper bags, and non-clear bags under 4″x6″x1″ are also permitted but will be searched.

Q: Is the arena cashless? Are debit/credit cards allowed?
The Panther Arena is cashless for food and beverages, but cash is accepted for Chuck-A-Puck and 50/50 raffles outside section 228.

Q: Can I bring food or beverages to the game?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

Q: I have a gift concession card to use for Panther Arena. Is there a way to check the balance?
Yes! Visit http://WCD.LevyRestaurants.com to check your balance.

Entertainment & Promotions

Q: How are contestants picked for intermission contests?
Contestants are chosen at random by our game night staff.

Q: How can I ride on the Zamboni, ship, or participate in the Kwik Trip Human Hockey Puck?
Contact your ticket representative or book a group outing. Learn more here.

Q: Are there restrictions for Zamboni, ship, or Human Hockey Puck participants?
Zamboni Riders: At least 8 years old.
Ship Riders: Ages 4–12.
Kwik Trip Human Hockey Puck: 18+ with required mobility.

Q: How can I get a birthday name on the message board?
Order here for $25. Please note, orders must be received at least two business days before the game.
